Can print, fax, e-mail, or send via Bolero and/or EDI. Printing can be to any printer with a Windows driver on the LAN or WAN.

Rules-based conditional printing:
Patented software enables selection of documents based on real-time document data. The right documents are printed in the appropriate location when needed.

Data Requestors:
Patented intelligent data requestor software enables manual entry of data that is not available in the business system. Trade document information such as port of entry, vessel name, or train car number can be entered at the last minute to complete a document set.

Unlimited document generation capabilities.
Documents can be formatted on any size paper, with any Windows-supported printer, exactly to customer's specifications.

Multi-lingual capabilities and support:
Ability to handle all Windows-supported languages including Cyrillic scripts, Double Byte scripts (Kanji, Mandarin), and Latin-based languages.

Choices for data acquisition for document generation.
Data can be obtained either through the business system spool files, API files, ODBC mapping, Data Requestors, or any combination.

Automatic, semi-automatic, or manual document printing.
Documents may be set up to print automatically (no user intervention); semi-automatically (user review before release); and manually (user data entry before release).
